We have a proven track record within healthcare and are currently providing over 800 clinicians per month to their client base. With demand increasing, we are now looking to hire hard working people with a willingness to learn, possessing strong sales, telesales, or customer service experience. Within the current team, there are successful people from a variety of backgrounds. However, an ability to work to targets is essential along with strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will join on a full-time permanent basis and in return, receive a competitive salary and have an opportunity to grow their career in medical recruitment. In the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in the development of existing client and candidate relationships as well as the generation of new ones. There will be an opportunity for you to join the business and grow your own 360 desk. Ongoing bespoke training and support will be provided based on individual needs and we commits to providing staff with all the tools they need to succeed while investing in their career growth.
