Caroline Rodgers

Caroline joined Celsus Group in 2020 as our Chief Medical Officer (CMO). Caroline has over 10 years of experience operating as a Chief Medical Officer and over 32 years of healthcare experience as a practicing doctor.

As our CMO Caroline’ primary focus is supporting our clinicians with their work performance. Caroline’s goal is to further improve clinical governance at Celsus Group and the quality of service provided by the clinicians working with us by nurturing a culture of learning and improving.

Caroline is an appraiser for doctors completing their annual GMC appraisal. She has a background in Genito-urinary and contraceptive specialist, working in a setting alongside a team of GPs. Caroline graduated with a BA Oxon, MB BS Lon, Dip GUM (Diploma in Genitourinary Medicine) and DFSRH (Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare).
