Mariann Cleverley, Director of Primary Care Partnerships at Celsus Group, brings over 25 years of healthcare management experience, specialising in urgent and primary care, governance, compliance, and strategic leadership. Prior to Celsus, she spent 14 years in senior leadership at IC24, managing urgent care services and GMS contracts while excelling in quality improvement and compliance.
As a PCN Business Manager, Mariann’s expertise in ARRS, IIF, and DES strengthens her role in developing primary care partnerships. Her hands-on experience with key healthcare projects such as QOF, LCS, and DES, coupled with her exemplary record as a CQC-registered manager, underscores her commitment to quality improvement, compliance, and change management.
Her commitment to proactive, sustainable solutions aligns with Celsus’s mission to innovate and improve primary care services across the UK.
