Matt Brummitt

Matt joined Celsus Group in 2024 as our CFO. Matt brings over 17 years of finance experience to Celsus, including 5 years in the healthcare sector. He has held diverse roles in accounting, media, and founded a finance consultancy specialising in recruitment.

With a deep understanding of the numbers-driven nature of recruitment, Matt is particularly drawn to the opportunities within healthcare recruitment, where commercial-led finance leaders can make a significant impact. 

As former Finance Director at NHS Professionals, Matt is passionate about leveraging finance to drive growth in healthcare recruitment. His focus at Celsus is to help shape the company’s future, expand its influence across healthcare, and unlock its full potential for long-term success.
