Senior Recruitment Consultant (Temp desk)

The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record in temporary or locum placements within health, public, or education sectors. With 15+ years of industry expertise, Celsus Group is the pivotal link connecting clinicians to renowned UK healthcare establishments. Specialising in placing General Practitioners, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals within the NHS and private sector facilities.

In this role, you’ll actively engage candidates using diverse strategies, adeptly manage pipelines, foster client and candidate relationships for utmost satisfaction, and provide guidance through candidate briefings.

Required Experience:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 18 months’ hands-on experience in recruitment, with a focus on temporary staffing.
  • Sector Specialisation: Proven track record of successful placements in the health, public, or education sectors on a temporary desk.
  • Target Achievement: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a competitive environment.
  • Sourcing Methods: Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and utilising social media platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Experience in proactively managing and nurturing candidate pipelines.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience: Given the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare industry, we require candidates to bring resilience to adapt and thrive amidst industry shifts.
