With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership, Mariann brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in primary and urgent care, governance, compliance, and strategic growth.
Mariann holds senior leadership positions at IC24, where for 14 years, she plays a pivotal role in managing urgent care services, overseeing walk-in centres, and leading GMS contracts in Sussex. Her hands-on experience with key healthcare projects such as QOF, LCS, and DES, coupled with her exemplary record as a CQC-registered manager, underscores her commitment to quality improvement, compliance, and change management. Mariann’s deep involvement in recruitment, talent management, and business development further demonstrates her expertise in driving primary care forward.
In her new role with Celsus, Mariann will lead the company’s strategy for building strong primary care partnerships and delivering innovative, future-focused solutions. Her current role as a PCN Business Manager, with extensive knowledge of ARRS, IIF, and DES, will be instrumental in helping Celsus navigate the evolving landscape of primary care. Her leadership in governance, HR management, policy development, and GMS contract management will enhance the company’s ability to provide high-quality, sustainable solutions to general practices across the UK.
