His consultancy specialised in recruitment and consultancy sectors, which eventually led him to NHS Professionals, where he served as Finance Director for two years.
With a deep understanding of the numbers-driven nature of recruitment, Matt is particularly drawn to the opportunities within healthcare recruitment, where commercial-led finance leaders can make a significant impact. He has worked with multiple recruitment brands and enjoys the transparency that finance provides in this sector. His work in healthcare has been especially rewarding, knowing that the right financial decisions can both provide better care for patients and help clients navigate financial pressures.
Matt’s decision to join Celsus was driven by his desire to expand his influence beyond the secondary care sector and make a difference in other parts of the healthcare system.
