What We Do
Celsus Group is a recruitment and consultancy service with over 15 years of experience, supporting the UK’s primary, secondary, and private care sectors. Our leadership team, with over 60 years of combined NHS expertise, includes a Chief Medical Officer, a PCN Manager, and a Senior Nurse. Our clinical expertise allows us to understand healthcare challenges and deliver practical solutions.
We provide a full range of staffing services, including temporary, framework, and permanent placements, alongside medical services and remote care solutions. Our goal is to ensure that you have access to the right professionals and advice, whenever and wherever needed.
Going Beyond Traditional Staffing
Beyond staffing, we help healthcare organisations improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency through tailored consultancy services, including CQC readiness, audits, waiting list management, and income optimisation. We also support clinical governance, revalidation, and appraisals through our group, such as Medical Staffing and Key Medical Services.

Our history
Getting it right since 2008.
We started our journey by placing GPs into practices around England as Locum Staffing. Since then we’ve placed over 20,000 clinicians working over 1 million shifts consulting with over 250,00 patients. We’ve formed our medical service offering with Key Medical Services, and our staffing agency Medical Staffing, each delivering exceptional services to primary and secondary care across the UK.

Charity and fundraising activities
In 2022, Celsus Group has joined their fundraising efforts together to raise £2,000 for the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
Throughout the year, our team will be taking part in a range of events and initiatives to help raise money for this incredible charity. All of our brands are taking part in our charity events.
Celsus was set up over 15 years ago by two brothers and has grown to over 130 people, yet still retains those family values we were born with.
From celebrating success, with our quarterly high performers club, to our company summer and Christmas parties, all the way to our ‘buddy’ system, that mentors new starters, Celsus continues to care and support our employees in a unique way. With some of our most senior managers having ‘come through the ranks’, we demonstrate time and time again our belief of personal development and promotion and continue to invest in the future of our staff.
