Natasha joined Celsus Group in 2019 as our Group Head of HR and Facilities. Natasha has over 14 years of Human Resources experience across a variety of business sectors including manned guarding, retail and healthcare recruitment.

Natasha is CIPD qualified and leads the HR, people development and facilities functions ensuring Celsus delivers a professional, high-quality service to its partners and ensures the business has the capability to achieve its strategic objectives.

Natasha’ goal is to attract the best people to work at Celsus and facilitate their growth and development.
